School of Dragons – Art Lead

For ten years, I served as Art Lead on School of Dragons, a massively multiplayer online game based on DreamWorks’ How to Train Your Dragon franchise.

I oversaw art production across both internal teams and multiple external outsourcing studios, ensuring visual consistency and quality across a live service environment. In addition to directing art development, I managed production workflows in Jira, coordinating closely with producers and designers to maintain weekly and quarterly release schedules.

My primary creative focus was environment design, where I developed immersive locations that expanded the world of the franchise. I also painted dragon skins and created concept illustrations to guide outsourced asset production.
